LDA-RD Memberships
Become a member of the Learning Disabilities Association of Red Deer, which includes membership in both the Provincial and National Learning Disabilities Associations.

Tutoring for Those Who Learn Differently
Do you, your child or someone you know struggle with reading, writing or math?
We offer tutoring programs specifically tailored to meet the needs of each person who walks through our doors! These tutoring programs are not free, however membership rates are available.

Learner’s Licence Prep Kits
Pass your Learner’s Licence the first time!
Alberta’s Basic Licence Driver’s Handbook condensed into study cards to help you pass the Learner’s Test and put you on the road to becoming a safe driver.
Cost: $20 cash or cheque payable to LDAA-Red Deer

Resource Library
Sometimes it is not easy to get the information you want in a timely way from reliable sources. Maybe we have what you are looking for!
The LDAA – Red Deer Chapter has a resource library with specialized titles providing information on learning disabilities and ADD, ADHD, dyslexia, Asperger’s and more .
Resource library books are available for borrowing by members for FREE, and are also available for borrowing by non-members for a small cost.
Support Groups
Adult Support Group
Members have expressed interest in starting a support group for adults living with learning disabilities or AD/HD. If you are interested in becoming part of a group please contact the office at 403-340-3885.
Parent Support Group
Attendees at our Parent Information Evenings have expressed interest in a support group for parents of children with learning disabilities. We would like to meet once a month to discuss books, ongoing concerns and to network. If you are a parent of a child with a learning disability or AD/HD please contact our office at 340-3885 for more information.
